“Who are you within each movement? What is your story? Listen, then begin.” - Cheryl Copeland

Choreography

Creation is important to society, and to myself. I find storytelling to be congruent with choreography and always strive to ensure the audience departs with something more than they came with. The process itself is always just as, if not more, rewarding that the product. Choreography frees up space inside to take in more of the world around you. It allows for intense observation.
