Rehabilitation

Coming off of an illness or injury can be frustrating. Rehabilitation sessions focus on bridging the gap between physical therapy and studio training. Ease back in to regular activity at your own pace with guided exercises personally tailored to your ability level. Sessions include strengthening and stretching exercises, barre exercises, stability exercises and more. Sessions also available for non-dancers rehabilitating after severe illness or injury.

Performance Quality

Performance quality is just as necessary as good technique to be a true artist. It is often more difficult to work on. Through much discussion and conversation, along with written exercises, and facial work, students learn to understand the pieces they are performing and how to bring themselves and their authentic emotions to their performance

Review solo videos and critiques or perform solo in person to receive help in how to modify, change, and make the solo stronger. Work on technique, transitions, musicality, and performance to refine your solo choreography.

“At the end of every private, I always feel really accomplished. I learn something new or we unlock something new and the validation of accomplishing something encourages me to keep going.”
